The car has been put back together and the vinyl installation started on Tuesday. Everyone, Mr. Robbie Nishida included, have been hard at work trying to get the car tuned for Friday's Formula Drift Streets of Long Beach qualification round. We'll see you out there this Saturday!

Once the ball got rolling, it was hard to contain the excitement of the staff and crew. Just two days ago, the car looked like something you'd find at a S13/S14 Owners Meet at a Pick-a-Part junkyard. Today, we picked it up from the body shop and it had a fresh coat of white paint with orange accented roll cage. The guys were also hard at work putting the power plant back into the chassis, complete with all the goodies from companies such as Peak Performance (shameless plug), Injen, Apex'i, NISMO, Cosworth and of course, JE Pistons and Brian Crower. This only goes to show what great things can be accomplished when you put forth your greatest efforts (the occasional lashing and beating helps too).

Just because we've built a car from the ground up in two days, don't think for a second that we've been neglecting the Hankook Peak Performance Nissan 240SX S14. It is currently being tuned and dyno tested as you read this. We could show you pictures of the car on the dyno, but it wouldn't really be that exciting. Once that car is fitted with its wheels and Hankook tires and wrapped in Hankook vinyl, then we'll have some pics for you. Stay tuned.. Formula Drift Long Beach is right around the corner.
