Rocker Arm Stoppers

Peak performance stainless steel rocker arm stoppers are unique in that we chose the best material. Many of the competitors use cheap steel and cover it wil paint. Most likely those units are under the valve cover and will not rust. But Peak performance made sure by using stainless steel.

The purpose of these rocker arm stoppers are not for valve float. There is a huge misconception that rocker arm stoppers prevent valve float, actually a good spring should solve that problem. Valve float can cause the rocker arms to be spit out of the the valve train area or even break. So when the rocker arms are installed and a poor valve spring is used, the end result is usually a broken rocker arm.

Strongly recommend the use of rocker arms for high rpm conditions and high lift cams. Also make sure to use a high quality valve spring when using the rocker arm stoppers. Serious damage may occur.
