Jensen's obsession with import racing began when he bought a 1992 Honda Civic. Jensen was one of the pioneers of Honda turbocharging and motor swaps in Hawaii while he worked at Hypersports. He quickly vaulted to success as a professional import drag racer, frequenting all Import Drag Racing Circuit (IDRC) and Battle of the Imports events in Hawaii and on the "mainland". He soon grew restless of Hondas and wanted to try his hand at something new. He had a brief fling with a twin-turbo Lexus SC300. But being a bit of a "race car purist", the refinement and smooth ride was just not for him. As drifting began to make its way from Japan to the United Stats, Jensen realized that drifting sideways at high-speeds, legally, was the perfect form of motorsports for him. He quickly procured a Nissan 240SX S13 that he has worked on continuously for the past 2 years. Jensen has said time and time again that he loves drifting. But knowing what he and his car are capable of, he has mentioned the possibility of re-entering the drag racing arena once again. We can only hope to be so lucky to be graced once again by his presence.

Jensen may not be pretty, but he knows how to build a nice car!
