7.25 2-plate Cermetallic clutch - capable of 600lb/ft A joint effort was made with Tilton Performance to bring you one of the finest clutches for the SR20DET. This clutch package was not available from Tilton, but custom made for Peak Performance customers. The Cerametallic clutch packages were engineered for track and extreme street applications. Ther cerametallic discs can withstand increased abuse when compared to organic-type discs, such as harder shifting seen at open track days and higher temperatures generated when the clutch is slipped excessively to get a good launch. The Cerametallic clutches tend to have the harshest engagement and may see some chatter one street applications. |
