ATI Damper Pulley Kit

This is a custom kit designed wth a special ATI damper, will not with ATI SR20DET damper.
Installation of this damper will help with engine vibration and will allow for longer motor life by keeping the main bearings from wearing out prematurely. The larger pulleys will also slow down water pump and power steering which can cavitate under high rpm conditions.

◊ Pulley ratio

  • Crankshaft=1
  • Water pump=0.87(normal 1.31)
  • Alternator=1.79(normal 2.21)
  • Power steering=0.93(normal 1.02)

It is designed to decelerate all pulleys for racing conditions.
This will stop most cavitation and pump failure which can be generated in constant high rpm operation.

◊ The contents of a kit

  • The 6 inch STEEL damper of ATI
  • Crank hub (hub of combustion-proof and adhesion prevention)
  • Crank pulley of duralumin (Double belt pulley / Hard anodize processing)
  • Water pump pulley of duralumin (Hard anodize processing)
  • Alternator Pulley of duralumin (Hard anodize processing)
  • Power-steering pulley of duralumin (Hard anodize processing)
  • Two special rib belts
  • Bolts for attachment

* only for car without air conditioner.
* A little fabrication is needed if using OEM fan
