Nissan 240SX S13/S14 Tension Rod, allows front caster adjustment

The unique feature of the Peak Perforance S13/S14 tension rod is the amount of adjustment. You can shorten them drastically to increase caster, which robs steering angle. Or you can increase the length of the tension rod, which will decrease caster, and allow for maximum steering angle for drifting.

No other tension rod allows for such maximum flexibility.

The factory rubber bushing in the tension rod has been known to be a source of many problems with S13/S14 owners. The oil filled bushing is known to burst and cause all types of unwanted and unexpected toe changes. Peak Performance has designed an aluminum T-6061 hard anodized piece that eliminates the weight and maintains accuracy required under race conditions. The Peak Performance Tension Rod allows for caster changes with an easy adjustment nut and uses Aurora rod end bearings, the undisputed standard in the racing industry. With accurate adjustability and stiffness it allows for quicker steering response and greater feedback from your steering wheel which are the key ingredients for a successful drift.
